- Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:UT City:Salt Lake City Delineated Area:Central Business District of Salt Lake City (map attached) Sq. Ft. (ABOA):37,764 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):57 as broken down below Parking Spaces (Surface):57, 30 of which shall be on-site, and 27 of which must be available within one block Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:Public transportation must be within ½ walkable mile Public parking must be available within two blocks of building entrance. Space shall be contiguous and above-ground. Up to 5,285 SF can be located in a block of space elsewhere in the building. Loading dock accessible to tenant's trucks needs to meet the following clearances: •Bumper to top - 104" •Ground to bumper - 48" •Length of bed - 26' •Length of deck - 1' •Total length of truck - 37' •Width of truck - 102" Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
