Description

JEFO TTN 4276 This task order is issued under the Internal Revenue Service Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS-4) Information Technology Service (ITS) Indefinite Delivery Contract for the IRS Research, Analysis, and Statistics Office. The requirement is for continuing support services for the Research and Analytics Planning and Coordination Initiative for a three month period of performance (November 1, 2015 thru Janury 31, 2016). This task order is being issued under the Exceptions to Fair Opportunity Process, FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) - The order must be issued on as sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. Deloitte Consulting LLP was performing the services on a previous competitively awarded Task Order and three additional months are required to comeplete the effort.
