- Request for Quote Quote Submission Form This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA4686-15-T-0036 is being used for procurement of Delta DSC-501 Barrier Maintenance and Repairs. Refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information. Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for Delta DSC-501 Barrier Maintenance and Repairs In Accordance With (IAW) the attached PWS. The Contractor and technicians working on the barriers system must be certified by Delta Scientific Corporation, as identified in the PWS. Certification must be within the past year, or be confirmed by manufacturer if the certification is older. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is marked for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 811310. The Standard Industry Code is 7699. The Product Service Code is H399. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Requests for Information (RFI) must be received by the Contract Administrator no later than Wednesday, 21 October 2015. Responses to RFI will be posted to the Solicitation by 4:00 p.m. PST on 27 October 2015.
