Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo NY have a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for Sterris sterilizers and accessories listed below. The contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at least one week in advance to schedule the services. "Provide documentation of PM Service within 24 hours of service completion. "Provide on-site service Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (except Federal Holidays) within 24 hours of service call placed. The on-site services shall include correcting any software issues as well as performing all required physical repairs and adjustments to return the sterilizers and accessories listed in table 1 to proper working order "Provide all parts and labor for service calls including printers and accessory components as well as vacuum pump costs. This includes "24 hours a day/7 days a week telephone support service. Telephone response within 2 hours for service calls. "Provide Maintenance & Repair of washer sterilizer 3 tier racks, various loading racks and equipment used with sterilizers. "Calibrate, test and repair any soap\detergent\lubricant pumps used to distribute Steris products to our Steris equipment. "Perform sterilizer Chamber Cleanings for all sterilizers listed in Table 1 twice a year "Perform recall alert repairs within 48 hours of notification from client. "Provide all software updates released to the public by Sterris for all sterilizers listed in Table 1. "All work shall be performed by OEM trained technicians and only install new OEM parts The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VA Medical Center. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
