Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Anaconda Delineated Area: Start at the place of beginning; Linden Street and Cable Road go east to West Pennsylvania Street continuing on East Pennsylvania Street continuing on to Montana Drive to North Polk Street. Go south to Highway 1. Go east to Van Buren Street. Go south to 4th Street. Go east to Monroe Street. Go south to 6th Street continuing on tot Alder Street. Go south to 7th street. Go east to Willow Street. Go north on Willow to West 5th Street. Go east on West 5th Street to Larch Street. Go north on Larch to Tammany Street. Go northeast on Tammany Street to Juniper Street. Go southeast continuing on to Haggin Ave to Marcus Daly Drive. Go east on Marcus Daly Drive continuing on to Washoe Street to continuing on to Evergreen Street. Go northeast to Linden Street. Go northeast on linden street back to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,147 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces Total: 20 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Anaconda, Montana that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
