Eastern Time on November 12, 2015 NAICS Code: 423430 – Software, Computer, Packaged, Merchant Wholesalers Purchase Type: Firm Fixed Price This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with the additional notes provided in this solicitation notice.
