Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Wisconsin City:Beaver Dam Delineated Area:Within the city limits of Beaver Dam, WI Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.:8,775 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 6,000 Space Type:Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total):Minimum 25 reserved Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:5, 1-Year Options Occupancy Required By:10/01/2016 Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with a minimum of 25 reserved, on-site parking spaces and must also be accessible by public transportation (within 500 yards). The space must be first-floor contiguous.
