- TITLE: Multiple NSNs for OEM Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Add-On Effort, Sole Source Long Term Contract This agency proposes to issue a Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) for add of 20 NSNs on the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation corporate contract, SPE4AX-15-D-9415, a long-term sole source contract which includes multiple NSNs and FSCs to support various weapon systems. These items are being added to the Sikorsky Aircraft corporate contract, SPE4AX-15-D-9415, in accordance with the originally approved J&A. However, the NSNs identified herein were not included in the list of original items synopsized for this effort. The contract expiration date is July 1, 2025. The contract requires supply of parts with agreed to terms of FOB origin and inspection/acceptance origin to DLA Direct stock locations and customer direct locations. A total of 20 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that the 20 NSNs will be priced for the award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 78286. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to the synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. Additionally, l etters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This is proposed to be a FAR Part 15 effort. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. These items have been identified as sole source to Sikorsky CAGE 78286. Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM are required by December 3, 2015 and should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein, Sean M.
