Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Birmingham VA Medical Center, 700 S. 19th, Birmingham, AL, intends to conduct a Sole Source procurement under the authority FAR 6.302-1 with United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) to purchase the service of having Veterans listed for kidney transplants. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
