- Click on 'RFQ-10-16-006-REL.Qtrs Skirting NCSU' to access the solicitation including the plans and specifications. The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-16-006-REL to skirt Quarters 961, 962, 963 and 965 on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation, Lame Deer, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing the trailer house skirting. The Contractor shall complete the project as outlined in the attached plans and technical specifications. The construction services are set-aside to 51% Indian-owned/Native American owned businesses pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47). The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. General Decision Number: MT150007 dated 01/02/2015 is applicable to the construction services. Contractors may submit a quote to the Billings Area Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Room 304, Billings, Montana 59101, by 6:00 p.m. MST on November 18, 2015. The quote must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the time specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and your company's name and address. Quotes will also be accepted by e-mail at Rita.Langager@ihs.gov or by fax at (406) 247-7108.
