- Statement of Objectives Attached is the updated SOO for storage. Interested vendors requested to submit a 6-page capability statement outlining a framework/approach to meet the requirement. These will be assessed based on the following: 1. Demonstrated past performance of engineering and operations over a geographically-dispersed, global storage architecture with cleared personnel. 2. Technically sound scalable storage design. 3. Ability to provide 4 hour parts delivery and support in the continental US and 24 hour support outside the continental U.S. 4. Availability including non-disruptive upgrades and a fully redundant system with no single point of failure. Capability statements are due NLT 1100 hours 10 November 2015 Please note assessment factors will only provide sufficient information to permit a potential offeror to make an informed decision about whether to participate in the acquisition.
