- The Department of Navy (DON) Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), is providing a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Draft System Requirements Specification (SRS), Draft System Performance Measures (SPMs), and Draft Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) for the envisioned DON Electronic Procurement System (ePS). ePS is intended to utilize Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software (or suite of COTS software products) for an End-to-End (E2E) DON procurement system solution, which will replace existing DON procurement systems. These Drafts are provided for industry awareness, comments, and other feedback on the notional scope of this effort. Further information is also sought per the general questions provided in the general RFI information attachment. All information received as a result of this Request for Information (RFI) will be used in determining small business capabilities for consideration by the Government in the event of a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFI represents the last intended formal disbursement of information to industry relating to ePS, prior to any subsequent RFP. As a result, information gathered may highly influence the final RFP development. This notice is provided through SPAWAR e-Commerce.
