Description

JUSTIFICATION FOR AN EXCEPTION TO FAIR OPPORTUNITY This acquisition action is to modify Metrica Team Venture's Task Order GS-06F-0640Z/DE-DT0001391 to extend the period of performance for six months, to include a one-month base period, one two-month option period, and three one-month option periods. Task Order DE-DT0001391 was awarded to Metrica Team Venture (MTV), 100 N E Loop 410, Suite 520, San Antonio, TX 78216, for NA-IM, on April 30, 2010, pursuant to a fair opportunity competition under the General Services Administration's (GSA) Alliant Small Business (ASB) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), which was open to all awardees under the ASB GWAC. Task Order DE-DT0001391 was awarded for a five year period of performance from April 30, 2010 - April 29, 2015 inclusive of one two-year base period, one one-year option period, and one two-year option period.
