Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-16-R-0020 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide total cemetery maintenance services at Alton National Cemetery located in Alton, IL 62003 from date of award through September 30, 2016 with four (1) year options through September 30, 2020 if exercised. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.5 million is applicable. Award will be made on a Best Value basis, meaning the lowest offer may not automatically receive the contract award, utilizing the following evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around November 6, 2015. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., November 30, 2015. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
