- THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. DLA Aviation is soliciting to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Long-Term Contract (LTC) with a two-year base period and three one-year option periods. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees for NAICS 336413. This is a HUBZone Set-Aside and only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a HUBZone manufacturer's product will be considered. Offeror must be a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified HUBZone small business AND manufacturer must be a SBA certified HUBZone small business. Clause 52.219-3 (I19A01) Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside applies. There are twenty-three (23) NSNs being solicited. These items support multiple weapon systems including, but not limited to, Aircraft Stratofortress-B52, Aircraft, B-2 Bomber (ATB), Aircraft, Eagle F15, A-10 Thunderbolt, F16 Aircraft, B-1B Bomber, Special Forces Equipment, Hercules C-130, AC-130H, J, MC-130, Helicopter, Chinook, CH-47, MH-47E, Aircraft, Stratolifter C/KC, AH-64E, and AH-64D Longbow. The quantities will be the same for the two-year base periods and all three (3) option periods. The estimated annual demand quantities vary for each National Stock Number (NSN) and will be noted in the RFP. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. NSNs will be evaluated on a line-by-line basis and multiple awards are anticipated. Solicitation issue date is December 2, 2014.
