Description

HSSCCG-16-Q-00051 Signed SSJ FY16-0015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSCCG-16-Q-00051 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. This solicitation is an open market Brand Name only set aside and the associated NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, which has a small business size standard of $11 million. The brand name justification is attached; A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure is listed below in Section A. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision found below. The basis of award shall be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable to the acquisition and can be found below. Additional contract requirements or terms and conditions necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices shall be found in the terms and conditions.
