- ****PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY**** RESTRICTED TO THERMO ELECTRON NORTH AMERICA, Base year plus 4 option years. Contractor to provide preventive maintenance and repair service on the following equipment; Inductive Coupling Plasma (ICP), CETAC Autosampler, and Chiller. Estimated Solicitation Release Date: 06 November 2015 Estimated Response Date: 13 November 2015 This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the solicitation issue date by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at https://www.fbo.gov/. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. Note: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your offer/proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
