- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. NAICS: 813312 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Enforcement and Compliance, Office of Environmental Justice (OEJ) intends to award a sole source fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the National Environmental Justice Conference Inc. (NEJC Inc.). NEJC is a nonprofit organization created to coordinate and produce annual national conference for the purpose of development of Youth and emerging leaders addressing equity and environmental justice issues. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA ¿s requirements as stated herein may submit a response within 5 calendar days of date of this announcement. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
