Description

This Notice to Update Response Date in FBO INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a requirements contract, issued in connection with Sources Sought (SS) VA701-15-N-0125. DESCRIPTION The purpose of this action is to provide Health Information Access Services via a requirement contract to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Analytics and Informatics (OIA) National Data Systems office. Task Orders will be issued against the requirements contract for services. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The applicable NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard of $15 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 3, 2015 for approximately 30 calendar days. The anticipated contract period will be for five (5) years. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at adrian.cadena@va.gov telephone calls will not be accepted. Offerors will be required to submit their offers electronically via the eCMS VENDOR PORTAL. A guide is attached to this notice to assist potential Offerors with registering and becoming familiar with the eCMS VENDOR PORTAL.
