Purchase request number: 0060699161, NSN: 4320-01-056-9203, Nomenclature: Guard, Valve, Pump. Items to be manufactured IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 16236 CS4320-SVC-0745 REVISION NR DTD 08/25/1987 PART PIECE NUMBER: FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. The solicitation will be posted on or around 11/20/2015 via our website, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Total quantity of the PR is for 145 units, with all 145 units being shipped to Puget Sound, WA. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
