The Government propose to acquire, on a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 5 each up to a maximum quantity of 125 each of a BLADE SUPPORT POLE ASSY; NSN: 1730-01-6518201; Part Number: 1006192-05 applicable to the BLACKHAWK (BE) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 270 Days After Receipt Order (DARO). PLT without First Article Testing is 180 DARO with deliveries to W562RM SU W0MC ARMY GENERAL SUPPLY, DLA DISTRIBUTION RED RIVER, HIGHWAY 82 WEST, TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000. This item is a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Only Offers from SDVOSB Firms will be considered. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
