- Gulfstream PIA Document eDMZ Request Form Procedures for procuring Medium Assurance Certificate (MAC) as well as instructions for obtaining access to the Government tech library The specifications, as well as other documents the Government will make available to industry, will be provided via SharePoint eDMZ; see attachment for instructions on how to obtain access to this site: - Procedure for Export Certificate - eDMZ User Request - Procedure Third Party Access to GAC Proprietary Information - NAVY TM-RSA program *Interested parties will need to complete this process prior to accessing the SharePoint eDMZ. * If interested in attending the TRSA Industry Day, interested parties must register no later than 1700 (EST) on Wednesday, 8 December 2015. Please submit the following information to Ms. Edla Vaughn via email at: edla.vaughn@navy.mil. - Company name - Name and title of those representatives planning to attend - Desired time frame for one on one meeting (AM or PM, Day 1 or Day 2) Business casual attire is acceptable. Teams (primes and subcontractors) are encouraged to meet with the Government as a team. The intent of the one on one discussions are to receive direct feedback on the three specifications detailing the RSA program. The program seeks direct feedback in the areas of mission systems electrical power, total mission systems and CBITS antenna weights, cooling volume and location needs, system reliabilities, potential impacts to existing Gulfstream STC's, data rights, CBITS technology maturity, security requirements clarity and understanding of the test and evaluation plan (section 4 of the specifications). Industry should identify any areas where the specification requirement are unclear and will drive risk in a FPIF contract type. Industry should provide material describing their proposed solution and identify requirements that may be adjusted to reduce development while providing a cost and/or schedule savings to the Government.
