Description

Complete Description of RFI This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes to identify vendors to assist the USDA's Commodity Credit Corporations (CCC) in its review of information submitted by applicants on environmental and social impacts, CCC seeks environmental/social review consultative services. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Government (Acquisition Management Division (AMD) / Farm Service Agency (FSA)) will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. The anticipated NAICS does is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services FSA is conducting market research and desires input from the industry to assist in requirements planning for a project for the USDA, Commodity Credit Corporations (CCC). The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Government (Acquisition Management Division (AMD) / Farm Service Agency (FSA)) to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of AMD and FSA. FSA is seeking information regarding environmental/social review consultative services that may potentially be utilized as part of the solution to FSA's environmental/social review consultative services efforts. The services may include but not be limited assessing and grading environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA); specifically, providing feedback to CCC on the strengths and weaknesses of the ESIA before commitment by CCC of the guarantee.
