Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT 5CO00521 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CO City: Monte Vista and surrounding areas Delineated Area Office to be located along Highway 160 from one mile east of Monte Vista to one mile west of Del Norte with paved street access within 1/2 mile of Highway 160. Also include Highway 285 extending one mile north of Monte Vista, Highway 15 extending one mile south of Monte Vista, and Highway 112 extending one mile northeast of Del Norte with paved access within 1/2 mile of all highways listed above. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,011 (Office) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,011 (Office) Space Type: Contiguous office space located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction. Parking Spaces (Total): 59 with 1 RV/Trailer pull-through spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 59 with 1 RV/Trailer pull-through spaces Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Municipal water is preferred.
