- PR: 60081389 NSN: 5962-00-279-1489 ITEM: Microcircuit, Hybrid QTY: 30 EACH DELIVERY: 235 DAYS NO quantity option is included in this solicitation. Price breaks for up to 100 units will be included. Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Microsemi Corp.-Massachusetts (54485), P/N: TS-4069; Microsemi (43611) P/N: TS-4069 First Article Testing is not required. DLA will only award contracts to trusted sources for FSC 5962. Trusted sources are defined as either an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM), a supplier on the Qualified Supplier List of Distributors (QSLD), an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an authorized distributor, a supplier on the Qualified Manufacturers List (QML), a manufacturer on the Qualified Products List (QPL), a supplier on the Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL), or the manufacturer of emulated parts. This solicitation includes CLAUSE 52.209-9028, QUALIFIED SUPPLERS LIST OF DISTRIBUTORS (QSLD) - FSC 5961 AND 5962 (AUG 2009); Any resultant contract will be based on QSLD guidelines if applicable. This solicitation includes DLAD 52.209-9002 (APR 2013), Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL)-FSCS 5961 and 5962. Any resultant contract will be based on QTSL guidelines if applicable. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of November 23, 2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, and Past Performance as described in the solicitation.
