- The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ), W912P5-16-T-0002, to furnish five (5) new replacement transformer bushings to Laurel Power Plant, London, KY. The Technical Specifications will be included in solicitation announcement, W912P5-16-T- 0001. The solicitation is expected to be released on or around November 13, 2015. Bushings shall be delivered no later than 01 February 2016.
