- Solicitation Number: SPE5EC-16-R-0001 FSCs: 5306 Nomenclature: Miscellaneous CSI Bolts with FAT & Approved Sources RFP Due Date: December 08, 2015 This is an Unrestricted Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation utilizing commercial procedures I/A/W FAR Part 12 and utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5. This procurement is for 5 miscellaneous Critical Safety Bolts that require either Government or Contractor First Article Testing (FAT). The first line item, NSN 5306010961249, also requires both Government and Production Lot Testing. This acquisition has a two year base with three one year options and will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. Delivery is as follows: 510 days for line item one (0001) to complete required Government both FAT and PLT testing. 240 days for Line Items two (2) thru five (5) to complete require Contractor FAT testing. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ Anticipated award date: January 08, 2016 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Best Value to the Government, a procedure which includes a comparative analysis of Offerors' pricing and past history. Vendors should note that these requirements are NOT solicited on an "all or none" basis and proposals made on this basis will NOT be considered. Each item will be evaluated based on the proposal for that particular item independently of the proposals for other items. " Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. For this solicitation, Past Performance is considered more important than cost or price. Form: 896A
