Description

Redacted Justification to Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) JA16020 for W81XWH-12-F-0312 4 month ext of services under 52.217-8; Extension of Services. This Extension of Services provides for continued non-classified services, materials, and equipment to continue integration activities associated with Theater Medical Information Program-Joint (TMIP-J) Increment 2 designs for full cycle and out of cycle releases, implementation of Increment 2 design, migration of applications and updates from Increment 2 Release 1 (formerly Block 2 Release 1 Service Pack 2 (B2R1 SP2)) to Increment 2 Release 3 (I2R3), and provide maintenance and sustainment of Increment 2 releases. Critical updates with the fixes to TMIP-J software will be released on as needed basis and may be required as often as monthly
