- This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring Systems in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is G15PS00876 and is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP).
