Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Combined Synopsis Solicitation - USCGC Petrel DS FY16 USCGC PETREL DOCKSIDE REPAIRS FY16 HSCG80-16-Q-P45236 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The NAICS Code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The solicitation number is HSCG80-16-Q-P45236. All work is to be performed in accordance with USCGC PETREL (WPB 87350) Specification for Dockside Repairs FY16, REV-0, dated 13 October 2015. Work covered by this solicitation, specification and resulting contract shall be completed within thirty-three (33) calendar days from the date the vessel becomes available to the Contractor. This availability is scheduled to start on or about 23 MAR 2016 and end on or about 24 APRIL 2016.
