- The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost benefit analysis and to determine whether to complete a lease requirement, pursue a sole source justification to pursue a lease, or retain the requirement in current federally controlled space. In making this determination, the Government will consider among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirement, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Potential offered space must be located outside of the 100 and 500 year flood plains. Ideal sources would include the following criteria: Minimum Square Footage 2890 BOMA Usable square feet of office space, and 1500 BOMA Usable square feet of structured indoor vehicle/warehouse space for 5 four vehicles and a small trailer Maximum Square Footage 3000 BOMA Usable square feet of office space and ideally 1575 BOMA Usable square feet of structured indoor vehicle/warehouse space for 5 vehicles and a small trailer Delineated area: City Limits of Minot, North Dakota Space Type: Office/warehouse-garage Parking Spaces. Parking spaces - ideally 17 surface/outdoor on site or within 1 blocks. Full term 10 years Firm Term 5 years
