Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Acquisition Operations intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis to the Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government (HKS). The training requirement is for the Senior Executive Fellows for 20 students. Procedures for the Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS code is 611430 Professional and management development training and the business size standard is $10 million. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of Government.
