- The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a (4) four month extension on contract number HHM402-10-D-0013-0002, Customer Engagement Field Support Services (CE), based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This task order is a current award under the Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) Contract. All SITE awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with BAE Systems Information Solutions. This short-term bridge contract extension to the existing task order will allow time for a task order competition to be completed under the Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract. The E-SITE contract is currently under a stop-work order due to post-award litigation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Description of Supplies or Services: The requirement is to extend the existing Customer Engagement Field Support Services task order (from 2/2/2016 to 6/2/2016) will allow the Chief lnformation Office (CIO) to continue to provide customer-facing IT services to fulfill customers' current intelligence missions and support future capabilities and services as well as provide IT operations and support activities for the desktop, work center, and field sites allowing customers access to DoDIIS Enterprise services and other service providers' enterprise capabilities. It includes the installation and deployment of new capabilities as well as the logistics and maintenance activities to sustain IT operations. Services required to be performed are listed as follows: 1. Enterprise Customer Care, Mission Engagement, and Requirements Management Services 2. Enterprise Close Support Services 3. Supplemental Customer Engagement and Field Support Services Place of contract Performance is various CONUS and OCONUS locations. All work is at TS/SCI Level.
