Description

STATEMENT OF WORK REQUEST FOR QUOTE The United States Coast Guard HC-27J program requires NEW spare aircraft parts for its fleet. These components are required to support training and operational requirements for 4 separate aircrafts. Only EXACT part numbers listed in the attached RFQ documents will be accepted. This requirement must be restricted to authorized sources of the Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) or firms who can effectively demonstrate their to acquire the components directly form the OEM. Only NEW traceable parts to the manufacturer are acceptable. Full traceablility back to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is required and must be documented. The Coast Guard requires the distributors or other potential sources be ASA-100 certified, or in compliance with other quality systems listed in FAA Advisory Circular 00-56A. These requirements are necessary in order for the Coast Guard to maintain the capability to adequately support all Coast Guard missions.
