Description

Issue Date: November 10, 2015 Response Date: November 13, 2015 Solicitation Number: VA101-16-Q-0022 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) Mail Center intends to negotiate with United States Postal Service Official Mailing Account System (OMAS), 475 Lenfant Plz SW, Washington DC. The contract is to cover postage costs as needed for Business Reply Mail (BRM) received at the VACO Mail Center. BRM Envelopes are issued to obtain a return mail reply on official U.S. Government business from a firm or organization outside of the U.S. Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
