- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The requirement is for provision of Painting Services to the U.S. Mission in Kinshasa. The annual estimate of painting services to be rendered is for forty housing units. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFP for the actual date. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
