Description

This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-15-G-A755 with ETHOSENERGY LIGHT TURBINES, LLC., Houston, TX and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUPWSS for the period 2015 NOV 11 thru 2016 OCT 31 for the evaluation and repair of the items listed below by ETHOSENERGY LIGHT TURBINES,LLC: NSN 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7206 P2, T1302 Gas Producer; NSN 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7207 P2, T1302 Power Turbine; NSN 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7426 P2, Shipping and Storage Container. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUPWSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
