Description

This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-13-G-A752 with Jorgensen Forge Corp., Seattle WA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP WSS for the period 2015 NOV 11 thru 2016 OCT 31 for the evaluation and repair of Navy Propulsion Shafts for all classes of Navy Ships. See attached list of applicable NIINs. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUPWSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
