Description
Proposal Spreadsheet SEP SOW APR SOW FEB SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J2-16-Q-2502 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79, Effective 15 December 2014 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Change Notice 20151030. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is reserved for a Small Business concerns; however, in the event that no Small Business concerns can meet the requirement the set-aside will be withdrawn and an award will be made to a Large Business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $30 million. This is a firm fixed price requirements type contract for non-personal services to provide all personnel, supervision and all other items and services necessary for the required lodging, meeting space, and meals for February, April, and September 2016 for a max of 220 people per the attached Statement of Work. Include a list of amenities and any areas of interest for the families attending the conference. Areas of interest may include those at the hotel or in a nearby local location. April and September will be considered an option for this solicitation and will not be executed until funds are available. Notice will be given prior to execution of these options. Please see attached Statement of Work. Please submit a proprosal for one or all of the below CLINs: CLIN 0001 - Strong Bonds Training: Period of Performance is 19-21 Feb 2016. CLIN 0002 - OPTION for Strong Bonds Training: Period of Performance is 29 Apr - 1 May 2016 CLIN 0003 - OPTION for Strong Bonds Training: Period of Performance is 23-25 September 2016. *52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
