Description

Synopsis: W91RUS-16-C-0008 – Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. Synopsis: W91RUS-16-C-0008 - Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca intends to award a sole source-short term bridge contract to Gstek Incorporated, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B)(ii), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The sole source contract will be issued to Gstek Incorporated. The contractor shall operate and maintain the Administrative Telephone System and cable plant at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), PA. This includes Inside Plant, Customer Services, and Outside Plant (Cable) required by the Directorate of Information Management (DOIM). The Contractor shall provide technical and administrative coordination of Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP) and other on-base telephone activities; and track and complete all telecommunications service orders. The Contractor shall also be responsible for operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Voice Mail System, data input of Local Service Requests (LSR), cable record changes, and associated data for components and instruments into the Telephone Management System (TMS).
