Description

This is an unrestricted acquisition for milk and dairy products for DoD customers at Fort Irwin and Edwards Air Force Base, California. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of milk and dairy items for delivery beginning April 17, 2016 and ending April 14, 2019. The resultant award will be a three year fixed-price type contract with an economic price adjustment and tiered pricing. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date is December 7, 2015.
