The TMFJB is occupied by the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC), and several other Judicial Branch agencies, including retired Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court. There are approximately 1,600 tenants and between 200 and 300 visitors daily. The building has a total gross floor area of approximately one (1) million fifty-three thousand square feet. The Concourse Level and two levels of structured parking, (315,718 SF), are situated below grade and there are seven levels of occupied space above grade. A partial Mezzanine Level is situated along the eastern edge of the facility. TMFJB was dedicated on September 30, 1992. The building has a cafeteria with food services provided under a separate contract, fitness center, computer rooms, health unit operated by the Public Health Service, Treasury Department Federal Credit Union, child development center, FJC Education Center, ground floor Judicial Conference Center, concourse level studios and video conferencing facilities, and several libraries. The Contractor will be required to manage the TMFJB in a manner consistent with industry standards and practices for a Principal Facility on Capitol Hill. The Contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment necessary for the overall property management responsibilities of the TMFIB. This is an unrestricted procurement (that is, full and open competition). The solicitation and related documents will be made available on or after November 11, 2015. The due date for receipt of proposals will be on or before January 6, 2016. The solicitation package will be available electronically at FBO.GOV.
