- DRAFT PRICE LIST The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to include anticpated Price List for Review/Comments as an attachment. The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to include referenced Engineering Technical Letter (ETL) 07-4 as an attachment. SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: This is a Sources Sought Notice; this is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this Sources Sought Notice. There will be no reimbursement for responses to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, etc.) to assist the government in determining the potential for set-aside/restrict competition for this requirement. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist. NOTE: This Sources Sought Notice is associated to a previous Sources Sought Notice under number FA9301-15-R-A001 which was posted on FBO on 09 March 2015. Please note that the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code has been updated. The Air Force Test Center, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing carpet supply and installation as detailed in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) throughout Edwards AFB, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Force Plant 42. Please review this announcement, including all attachments, in their entirety. The Edwards AFB Contracting Office (AFTC/PZIOB) requests that prospective offerors complete and return a Capabilities Statement based on the DRAFT SOW provided. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code selected for this effort is 314110 with a Small Business Administration size standard of 500 employees. Any qualified and interested companies responding to this announcement must be able to support all areas. NO partial support responses from industry will be accepted. The contractor shall be capable of providing all personnel and materials needed in accordance with the Draft SOW included in this posting. The Government is seeking qualified firms who possess both the capability and experience to provide the supplies and services described in the DRAFT SOW. The Government is requesting that interested concerns furnish the following information: CAPABILITIES STATEMENT Interested parties may submit a Capabilities Statement that addresses the following: 1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. 2) Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, HubZone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc. under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 314110 with a Small Business Administration size standard of 500 employees. 3) If registered in the Federal Government's System for Award Management (SAM), located at https://www.sam.gov, please provide company CAGE code. Note: The Federal Government requires registration in SAM prior to an award of a contract or agreement. 4) GSA Schedule Number, if applicable. 5) Evidence that the interested party is fully capable of providing the required service and supplies and as such may contain any information (i.e. current or past Federal Government/Commercial contract work) that the interested party feels is relevant. 6) As this is a draft SOW, please address any concerns that you find in the document that should be clarified by the Government prior to the issuance of a solicitation. All e-mail correspondence shall contain a subject line that reads "FA9301-16-R-A001SS Sources Sought Carpet Supply/Installation Edwards AFB" If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only.pdf,.doc, or.xls documents are sent.
