Description

CDRL A001, dated 14 Sep 2015 Brand-name Justification_Redacted Statement of Work, dated 18 Sep 2015 Request for Proposal (RFP) The Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC), Specialized Contracting Office (PZIMA), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) 5 year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract to supply and provide service for DBI/SALA Exofit NEX Vest-Style Harnesses (Model #111300X). These fall protection harnesses were manufactured Capital Safety, now 3M Company, following their acquisition of Capital Safety. Included with this solicitation are the brand-name justification, Statement of Work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements List A001 (CDRL A001). This contract will be a single award and competed using full and open competition. The Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer are listed below. Proposals for solicitation FA8224-16-R-0041 shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of 14 December 2015 at 4:30 PM Mountain Time. Please refer to the solicitation and attached documents for more detailed information. Please follow FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2015) and FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (OCT 2014) in the solicitation. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer referenced below no later than 7 December 2015. Anticipated award date: January 2016
