Description

Solicitation number, SPE4A6-16-R-0157, SC 1000041849, NSN 5342-00-881-1719, Grooved Clamp Coupling. Unit of issue is each (EA). Solicitation is a total 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement using the procedures of full and open after exclusion or a source. The approved sources of supply are VIJ Corporation (CAGE 94581) P/N 755090-3, Eaton Corporation (CAGE 8W928) P/N 55165A, and Huntington Valley Industries (CAGE 9S754) P/N 755090-3. Non-commercial and not CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. The requested delivery is 181 days. The highest priority weapon system is 06F and the end item is the Hercules C-130 Aircraft. The guaranteed minimum quantity (base year only) is 77 each. The estimated annual quantity is 307 each. The maximum quantity each year is 307 each. Total maximum contract quantity for all 5 years cannot exceed 2,605 each. Performance Information Retrieval System Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB origin with inspection and acceptance at origin/origin.
