- SCA WAGE DETERMINATION SOLICITATION AG-6395-S-16-0020 The U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has issued a Request for Quotation for a survey of Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) infestation in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Work involves but is not limited to insect trap placement, maintenance, inspection, removal, and disposal in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana; identification of suitable sites and trees within designated cells; visual surveys of the environment for ash trees exhibiting signs and symptoms of EAB in proximity of the traps; sign placement; submission of suspect EAB specimen samples; data management; and distribution of educational material where appropriate. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract consisting of a base period and two option periods. The appropriate NAICS code for this procurement is 115310 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for responses to questions and amendments.
