- SF 1449 5 th Marine Expeditionary Brigade (5 th MEB) has a requirement for a Basic Life Support services contract is support of exercise Native Fury 16 at the Port of Duqm in Duqm, Oman. The resultant service contract will be for the period of 3 January 2016 through 31 January 2016. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 721110 Facilities Support Services, and the small business size standard is $32.5 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. Scope of Requirement: The contractor shall provide service and workspace requirements for the Native Fury 16 Command and Control (C2) Workspaces in accordance with Statement of Work. These workspaces shall form a securable, tactical communication enabled Combat Operations Center (CoC) for a high-visibility, large-scale, international Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) Exercise. NOTE: EMAIL IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF COMMUNICATION It is the responsibility of the vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application called Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (IRAPT, formerly WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
