- This is a notice of intent to exercise the Option under FAR clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.  This action will result in a modification to contract IBM15P0072 with Indus International, Inc. This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance to November 26, 2016. The total value of this Option Year One is $10,995.00. This contract has two option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competivie proposals. This notice is requied because the option periods were not synopsized in the original award notice for this contract.
