Description

Single Source Justification Requirement Description The Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) intends to issue a sole source award to Scriptpro USA, Inc for the purchase of the annual maintenance service for the Scriptpro SP50 robot and software. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b), items are peculiar to only one manufacturer or brand name. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualification to perform the requirement in writing to robert.c.gallegos.civ@mail.mil no later than 11:00am CST, Thursday, 19 November 2015. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
