Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on other than full and open competition the purchase for a maintenance contract for the Illumina from Illumina, Inc., 5200 Illumina Way, San Diego, CA 92121-1975. (01) NextSeq NS500189 Basic NextSeq ‐ Basic Item # SV ‐ 450 ‐ 1002:The maintenance contract must include equipment hardware and software upgrades from the original manufacturer as soon as they are released. Includes full coverage for parts, labor and travel; Reagent replacement upon HW failures; 0 PM; Remote Technical Support; 5 business day average on ‐ site response; HW/SW updates; On ‐ site applications support; Illumina is the only source that meets these specifications. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition. All responses shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM eastern standard time November 25, 2015 to Lisa Hinton 5601 Fishers Lane, Suite 3A68, Rockville, MD 20852 email, hintonl@mail.nih.gov.
